The session shall kick off with a quick introduction of the GenTwo business model and the main trends in the structured products issued by the GenTwo Platform. Following that, an overview of the GenTwo assetization model will be provided, highlighting the benefits of issuing structured notes via Special Purpose Vehicles, able to wrap any kind of security, real world asset or digital asset as underlying. Finally, a few real examples of such structured notes will be showcased to the audience, so that the main categories become evident in a clear way.

Pablo Jodar holds a dual degree in Business and Law from IE University and is a former Global Investment Analyst at JP Morgan Switzerland covering LATAM clients. Pablo was the CBRE Proptech Challenge Winner in 2017 and is a former “University Node” member of Blockchain España Association. He is also a member of the Crypto Valley Association.
