David Genn

CEO Goji

David Genn is the CEO of Goji, an investment platform technology provider based in London, UK. Goji’s mission is to improve investor access to private funds. Goji develops, implements and operates private markets technology and services, and provides the infrastructure to give investors a digital investment journey. In December 2022, Goji was acquired by Euroclear (subject to regulatory approval), the global provider of Financial Markets Infrastructure, to build market-neutral infrastructure that will bring straight-through processing to private funds. 

David joined Goji as employee #1 in 2015, to lead the technology build of the platform, before taking over as CEO in January 2019. Prior to Goji, David worked at IG Group leading the technology team responsible for the dealing API and Alfa, a provider of platform solutions to the asset management industry. A developer by background, David champions innovation, keeps technology at the core of what Goji does, and simplifies the complex.

GenTwo, the builder of off-balance-sheet securitization platforms, provides innovative Securitization-as-Service for asset managers, banks, family offices, and venture capital investors. Not only bankable but also non-bankable assets can now be issued easily through a conventional investment product with a Swiss ISIN. GenTwo’s co-founder and CEO Naegeli is an experienced business leader and investor with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and extensive experience in trading, investment and merchant banking, corporate governance and structuring new strategies and products. Important milestones in his career include the management of various strong companies, including Forstmann & Co. in the USA.

Nicola Plain

Nicola Plain graduated from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) with a Master's degree in Business Innovation and obtained a CAIA Level II certificate a few years later. He worked for five years as a business engineer and project manager in the automotive industry with his small consulting company. Disillusioned by the resistance of large companies to change, he decided to work only in very agile and flexible environments in the future. On 01.02.2021 he joined Aktionariat AG, a company that takes advantage of the new Swiss DLT law to allow companies to create a marketplace for their shares on their own website.

Thomas Breitenmoser

Thomas Breitenmoser studied economy and business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Zurich and completed a dual degree Executive MBA in Asset and Wealth Management at the University of Lausanne and Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh, USA). He holds the titles of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). 

Before joining Complementa in 2016, he held management positions at Swisscanto/ZKB, JPMorgan Asset Management, Merill Lynch Investment Managers and Credit Suisse. In addition, he was Chairman of the Foundation Board as well as president of the Investment Committee of JPMorgan Chase Suisse Pension Fund.

With his team he is responsible for projects & mandates and participates in management meetings of institutional investors.
