Rose Beale is an analyst in the Responsible Investment team. In this role she contributes to the enhancement and delivery of social and sustainability research and engagement, and collaborates closely with portfolio managers running outcomes-orientated funds. Prior to joining the company, Rose worked at Blackrock, Sciteb and SRI-CONNECT on a range of ESG research, engagement and screening activities. Rose holds a BA from Trinity College Cambridge. Her studies comprised three years of History and one year of Management Studies at Cambridge Judge Business School.

Dominique holds a Master degree in Finance from the university of St. Gallen (HSG) and has 22 years of dedicated sustainable finance expertise. He joined de Pury Pictet Turrettini in 2013 to develop the Cadmos Engagement Funds and pave the way for the next generation of liquid impact investments. Throughout his career that started in 1996 with SAM (RobecoSAM), he has always strived to demonstrate that it is possible to reconcile profitability with responsibility. Lombard Odier hired him in 1998 in order to meet the demand from a large trendsetting institutional client. With his team of seven, they initiated a pioneer ESG integration methodology. To fill the data gap, Dominique Habegger designed in 2003 together with Asset4’s founding team, the first web-based ESG database and modular rating system. Asset4 was later sold to ThomsonReuters and before joining PPT, Dominique contributed in developing Ethos’s institutional business.
Senior Associate, Responsible Investment Team, BMO Global Asset Management (EMEA)
Thomas is an ESG specialist that joined BMO Global Asset Management in 2016. He is responsible to developing and enhances BMO GAM’s integration suite, including portfolio risk reports, company profiles, carbon foot printing and industry reports. He is also involved in marketing BMO’s range of responsible investment products and managing client relationships in Germany and Italy. Thomas also has industry responsibility for the Industrials sector and supports BMO GAM’s climate research. Prior to joining BMO Global Asset Management, Thomas worked for the responsible investment research provider Sustainalytics, where he was conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis on a variety of ESG-related themes. In addition, Thomas was also a member of Sustainalytics product innovation team, designated to extent and further develop the product offering of the company. Thomas holds a Masters degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Innsbruck as well as a Bachelor degree in Management and Economics. Thomas is a CFA Charterholder.

He served as chair of the Investment Commission and co-chair of the Asset Management working Group of the UNEPFI then joined the Business Economy Environment group of GLOBE EU at the EU Parliament. Gianluca is awarded an Honorary Fellowship of the Cattolica University in Milan, Italy, where he is an MBA lecturer on Global Sustainability while he is co-head of the business simulation at the Executive Master in Finance SDA Bocconi University. At present he is a member of the EFAMA Stewardship, Market Integrity & ESG Investment Standing Committee, a member of the European Banking Federation’s Sustainable Finance wg where he serves as chair of the Disclosure/Metrics subgroup, and he is a member of the ABI Sustainability wg. He was a global equities fund manager, then focused on responsible investments in late 90s and later became the head of the global RI team. At present he is the Secretary of the Sustainability Committee and the Chair of the Charity Committee at Eurizon Capital. In the past 15 years he co-authored various papers and publications on ESG integration and climate change (UNEPFI, WBCSD, CDP). Graduated with a MSc at Bocconi University, he worked on his thesis at the Universiteit van Amsterdam, and successfully passed the professional exam for CFPs.

Founder of Swiss Financial Studies an independent consulting firm specialized in the field of impact investing, which has also contributed to a more sustainable financial industry closeing the gap between the existing educational offering and traditional financial services. Before founding Swiss Financial Studies Christoph has worked in entrepreneurial finance, investment analysis, impact finance, mergers and acquisitions and risk management. Former employers include UBS in Zurich and in Mexico as well as BNP Paribas in Geneva and Singapore. Christoph graduated with a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Geneva, is a CFA charterholder and holds a DBA from the Edinburgh Business School. He has completed several teaching and research assignments at top business schools and leading financial institutions. Christoph is fluent in German, French, English and Spanish.
