Jan Brzezek ist Gründer der Unternehmen der Crypto Finance Gruppe, sowie CEO der Crypto Finance AG, Crypto Fund AG und Crypto Broker AG. Vor der Gründung des Finanztechnologieunternehmens war Jan Brzezek in verschiedenen Positionen bei UBS Asset Management, Wealth Management und Investment Bank tätig. In seiner letzten Position war er als Business Manager für den President UBS Asset Management tätig. Darüber hinaus war er ein globaler Innovationsexperte und arbeitete an den Auswirkungen neuer Technologien auf das Geschäftsmodell von der UBS. Er war verantwortlich für das Proof-of-Concept vom Smart Structured Product. Zuvor war er mehrere Jahre im Derivatives- und Fixed-Income Sales und Trading für die UBS in Zürich, Singapur und Hongkong tätig. Vor seiner Karriere bei der UBS war er Derivatives-Experte an der SIX Swiss Exchange. Jan hat einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Banking und Finance der Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften.

Guido is CEO of SEBA Crypto AG whose ambition is to the one of the world’s first licensed and supervised crypto banks.

Valerio has joined SIX in 2013 as Head Markets & Clients and took on a new role as Head Product Management & Development within the new business unit Securities & Exchanges earlier this year. As of 1 December 2018 he serves as Head Future Business. In this capacity, he is in charge of Business Development, Strategy, M&A as well as Securities Finance and Trade Repository. Before working for SIX Valerio began his career with a brief stint at Bank Cantrade in 1988. A year later, he moved to Bank Julius Bär in Zurich where he stayed for the next 16 years. While at Julius Bär, he held a number of positions within the back-office area of the bank. This included being responsible for derivatives products, as well as corporate actions before taking on the responsibility of Head Securities. In 2007, Valerio joined EFG Financial Products as Managing Director and Head Operations. He drove the development and implementation of new products and services until 2013 when, as Head Operational Services, he left the organization to later join SIX.

Prof. Dr. Fabian Schär is Professor for Distributed Ledger Technology/Fintech at the Faculty of Business and Economics. In addition, he is the Managing Director of the Center for Innovative Finance at the University of Basel and board member of the "Swiss Blockchain Federation" (Bundesrats Taskforce). His research focus is on interdisciplinary analyses of Smart Contracts, asset tokenization and Blockchain applications. He has a PhD in Cryptoassets and Blockchain Technology and co-authored several publications including the bestselling book "Bitcoin, Blockchain and Cryptoassets" and several scientific articles, some of them published in the prestigious Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis Review. He is the organizer of the "Blockchain Symposium", the "Blockchain Challenge", member of the organizing committee of a conference with the Swiss National Bank and co-initiator of a project to secure academic credentials on a Blockchain. In addition, he is a board member of Crypto Fund AG, the first FINMA regulated crypto asset manager, an advisor of Vision& and Smart Containers, teaches at various universities and at Deutsche Börse and is an invited speaker at numerous conferences, including the G20 Global Financial Stability Conference. Prior to that, he worked as a consultant in various positions at banks and bank-related companies. Mr. Roger Studer is Head of Vontobel Investment Banking and Member of Vontobel’s Group Executive Board. Mr. Studer, who started his career at Vontobel in 1984, was appointed Head of Warrants and Options Trading in 1992 and Head of Market Making Derivative Products in 1995. In 1997, Mr. Studer was Head of Private Clients Austria of DG Bank AG (Switzerland), Head of Quantitative Asset Allocation of Rentenanstalt/Swiss Life in 1999 and Head of Portfolio Management and Research of ABN AMRO Bank AG (Switzerland) until 2000. In 2001, Mr. Studer was appointed by Vontobel as Head of Risk Management and Development of Derivative Products and Head of Financial Products in 2003. In 2008, Mr. Studer was appointed Head of Vontobel Investment Banking and joined the Group Executive Board of Vontobel. He serves as Vice President of the European Structured Investment Products Association (Eusipa) in Brussels, Belgium. Mr. Studer holds an MBA from Rochester-Berne and is Swiss Certified Financial Analyst and Portfolio Manager (CI A), Swiss Certified Expert in Finance and Investments (CIWM).

Werner Grundlehner arbeitet seit Ende 2011 bei der «Neuen Zürcher Zeitung». Dort behandelt er Finanzmarkt- und Geldanlage-Themen. In den vergangenen Jahren schrieb der Journalist auch zahlreiche Artikel zu Krypto-Währungen, ICO und Blockchain-Projekten. Er ist seit mehr als 20 Jahren als Wirtschaftsjournalist tätig und hat für zahlreiche Publikationen geschrieben. Werner Grundlehner begann 1997 als Redaktor bei der «Finanz und Wirtschaft» – wo er über zehn Jahre tätig war. Ursprünglich absolvierte, der 1965 im Thurgau Geborene, eine Banklehre und besuchte später die Höhere Wirtschafts- und Verwaltungsschule in St. Gallen. Anschliessend arbeitete er für das Schweizer Fernsehen und verschiedene Banken.
