Who is a qualified investor?

FINANZ'25 is aimed at qualified investors within the meaning of the Collective Investment Schemes Act (CISA). This includes, for example:

- Asset managers
- Pension fund representatives
- Private bankers
- Family offices
- Fund selectors
- Trustees and tax advisors
- Foundations and
- Financial advisors
- Professional/institutional investors pursuant to CISA Art. 10

In short, anyone who is professionally or institutionally entrusted with the management of assets or investments. Further information can be found in the legal requirements of the Collective Investment Schemes Act (CISA).

Private investors as qualified investors:
Private investors can also register as qualified investors under certain conditions:

- High net worth individuals with financial assets of at least CHF 500,000 who have an asset management or investment advisory relationship with a financial intermediary.
- Wealthy private clients with financial assets of over CHF 2 million, irrespective of an advisory agreement.
