We have completely revamped and modernised our stand offerings for FINANZ'25 to provide exhibitors with an even better experience at the finance summit. The new stand packages now include a range of services such as graphics, electrical connections, and more, simplifying planning and enhancing your brand's visibility.

We look back on a successful FINANZ'24! Over the course of two days, around 2,800 industry professionals visited Halle 550 in Zurich Oerlikon. With 95 national and international exhibitors and 96 expert presentations, the event once again proved to be a sought-after platform for exchanging experiences and shaping opinions within the finance industry.
Particularly well attended were the ‘Fireplace Talk’ with former Federal Councillor Ueli Maurer and the roundtables on topics such as the too-big-to-fail issue, polarisation, and the Swiss economy in a multipolar world. Visitors spent an average of 3 hours and 11 minutes at the event to gain comprehensive insights into current trends and developments.
Other highlights of the anniversary edition included numerous expert panels and the newly introduced startup pitch sessions showcasing innovative business ideas. Visitor interest was diverse: the most popular topics were wealth management (35%), institutional investments (24%), ESG (20%), and fintech (16%). Inspired by the “Dragons’ Den” format, startups from sectors such as banking, fintech, blockchain, and digital assets can showcase their innovative business models and solutions to a wide audience. This new format enables participants to present their ideas directly to the finance industry and visitors of the B2B finance event.
The pitching opportunity offers startups additional visibility and the chance to establish valuable contacts with potential partners, investors, and clients. The pitch competition will take place as part of the finance congress, highlighting the diversity and innovative strength of the finance industry. Alongside their pitch, young companies can also present their solutions and products at their stands, further extending their reach within the sector.
This new concept makes the B2B finance event more interactive and dynamic. FINANZ'24 provides a platform for emerging companies and innovative ideas, setting new impulses in fintech and digital financial solutions. The Fireplace Talk between Sergio P. Ermotti and Dirk Schütz is now available on YouTube and various podcast platforms. This was the first public appearance of Sergio Ermotti, the CEO of UBS, since the takeover of Credit Suisse by UBS. In the interview, he discussed UBS's corporate strategy and culture, as well as the opportunities and risks arising from the acquisition.
Ermotti emphasised that the acquisition of Credit Suisse will strengthen UBS's competitive position on a global level. At the same time, he emphasised how important it is for UBS to preserve and further develop its culture in order to maintain its leading position in the financial sector.
With regard to the opportunities and risks of the acquisition, Ermotti stated that the integration of the two companies is a challenge, but that UBS is well positioned to meet this challenge. He also emphasised that the acquisition of Credit Suisse represents a strategically significant decision for the future of UBS.

We are pleased to inform you that the trade fair magazine (print & e-book) will be upgraded for the upcoming FINANZ'23. In addition to the previous content (key data / programme / exhibitor list), exhibitors now have the opportunity to place public reports / specialist articles in the magazine. This gives them additional and direct access to a specialist audience with an affinity for finance. The print run is approx. 7,000 copies, of which 2,000 will be distributed during the event on 3 and 4 May 2023 and 5,000 will be sent out by direct mail in the last week of April 2023. The address list for the direct mailing includes the visitors of last year's FINANZ' events.

After the last three editions of the finance fair took place at StageOne, FINANZ'22 will now be held in the newly converted Halle 550. Halle 550 is located adjacent to StageOne in Zurich Oerlikon and offers state-of-the-art exhibition and trade fair technology as well as comprehensive catering facilities. Hall 550 offers sufficient space and is modular in design. This also applies to the seminar rooms available. We are pleased to be able to hold FINANZ'22 in the modern Hall 550.
