Following the successful conclusion of FINANZ'23, we are already in the early stages of preparations for FINANZ'24, which will be held next spring on 24 and 25 April 2024 in Halle 550 in Zurich Oerlikon. The Fireplace Talk between Sergio P. Ermotti and Dirk Schütz is now available on YouTube and various podcast platforms. This was the first public appearance of Sergio Ermotti, the CEO of UBS, since the takeover of Credit Suisse by UBS. In the interview, he discussed UBS's corporate strategy and culture, as well as the opportunities and risks arising from the acquisition.
Ermotti emphasised that the acquisition of Credit Suisse will strengthen UBS's competitive position on a global level. At the same time, he emphasised how important it is for UBS to preserve and further develop its culture in order to maintain its leading position in the financial sector.
With regard to the opportunities and risks of the acquisition, Ermotti stated that the integration of the two companies is a challenge, but that UBS is well positioned to meet this challenge. He also emphasised that the acquisition of Credit Suisse represents a strategically significant decision for the future of UBS.

We are pleased to inform you that the trade fair magazine (print & e-book) will be upgraded for the upcoming FINANZ'23. In addition to the previous content (key data / programme / exhibitor list), exhibitors now have the opportunity to place public reports / specialist articles in the magazine. This gives them additional and direct access to a specialist audience with an affinity for finance. The print run is approx. 7,000 copies, of which 2,000 will be distributed during the event on 3 and 4 May 2023 and 5,000 will be sent out by direct mail in the last week of April 2023. The address list for the direct mailing includes the visitors of last year's FINANZ' events.

After the last three editions of the finance fair took place at StageOne, FINANZ'22 will now be held in the newly converted Halle 550. Halle 550 is located adjacent to StageOne in Zurich Oerlikon and offers state-of-the-art exhibition and trade fair technology as well as comprehensive catering facilities. Hall 550 offers sufficient space and is modular in design. This also applies to the seminar rooms available. We are pleased to be able to hold FINANZ'22 in the modern Hall 550.
