Urs Fäs is in charge of Investment Products at Real Estate Switzerland (RE – CH), a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management. In this capacity he is responsible for RE-CH real estate investment products, specifically portfolio and product strategies as well as customer and segment-based marketing.

He is deputy to the Head of Real Estate Switzerland and a member of the Real Estate Management Committee Switzerland.

Urs Fäs began his financial career in the corporate banking arm of the former Swiss Bank Corporation, where he held various roles over six years, including as corporate client advisor, assistant to the head of the business unit and transaction manager in Credit Portfolio Management.

In 2002 he moved to Business Planning & Development at UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) AG. From 2003, as Fund Manager and Head of Portfolio Management in the Real Estate business unit, he was responsible for building up the specialist unit and developing real estate investment products. He assumed his present role in April 2014.
