As global demand for access to private funds increases, it is becoming increasingly apparent that there is a lack of market-wide infrastructure. What is needed is an interconnected, digital ecosystem that connects all market participants. This will give distributors and their investors access to a global universe of funds; support funds services providers to receive digital private fund orders; and enable fund managers to reach new pools of capital. This is what Goji and Euroclear look to achieve, by providing a common operating model to remove existing operational barriers.
