Gregor Trachsel is Chief Investment Officer of SG Value Partners AG in Zurich. From 2008 to 2020, he was responsible for the Value Strategy team at Credit Suisse Asset Management. Prior to Credit Suisse, he held the same position at M.M. Warburg Bank in Zurich and Tidemark Capital in New York. He worked for the family office of the Sandoz Foundation in Switzerland on various investment and strategy projects. After completing his MBA, he worked as a buy-side analyst at the Vontobel US Value Fund in New York. He began his career with a banking apprenticeship at Bank J. Vontobel & Co., followed by various tasks in operations, private banking and portfolio management. Gregor Trachsel holds an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business in New York and a BSBA from the University of Denver.

Sven Sommer is Chief Executive Officer of SG Value Partners AG in Zurich. From 2008 to 2020, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Value Strategy team at Credit Suisse Asset Management. Prior to Credit Suisse, he worked at M.M. Warburg Bank, where he was responsible for traditional asset management and a member of the Investment Committee. He completed a banking apprenticeship at the Zürcher Kantonalbank, followed by various tasks at the same institution. Sven Sommer is a dipl. Business economist HF.
