Felix Gasser looks back at a 30 year career in the Alternative investment space with a focus on the development and evaluation of quantitative investment strategies. In 2014 he founded FORT Investment Switzerland and is today heading the distribution of the liquid alternative Hedge Fund FORT Global Funds in Switzerland. Previously Felix was for 10 years Head of CTA FoF portfolios and due diligence at Man Group & RMF Switzerland heading manager selection for the $2bln CTA FoF portfolios. Felix started his career as futures and physical cocoa and sugar trader and was Head of the futures desk at AHL the pioneer CTA firm during the early 1990’s. At Credit Suisse Private Banking he was for four years quantitative Hedge Fund- and Market- Analyst and previously the Product Manager of the analytical trading software TradeStation at Dow Jones Switzerland. Felix Gasser has passed several financial and brokerage licenses including series 3, 32 an IFTA and MFTA and has studied economics at the University of Zurich.
