CFA Portfolio Manager, Janus Henderson Investors
Richard Clode is a Portfolio Manager at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since joining Henderson in 2014. He is responsible for co-managing the Global Technology Leaders and Sustainable Future Technologies strategies. Prior to Henderson, Richard held positions with Gartmore, Moore Capital, and Pioneer Investments as a technology analyst in emerging markets. He began his career in 2003 in the technology sector at Herald Investment Management, where he was a portfolio manager.
Richard received a first class honours degree in modern history from the University of Oxford. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has 18 years of financial industry experience.

Ariane Dehn joined BNPP AM in March 2019, as Head of BNP Paribas Asset Management in Switzerland. She is responsible for distribution of active as well as passive Asset Management solutions. Prior to her recent appointment within BNP Paribas, she had worked since 2001 for Janus Henderson Investors in various positions in Germany and Switzerland. In her last role, she was Head of Sales Germanic Switzerland and Austria responsible for wholesale and institutional clients.
Head of Product Management – Fixed Income & Equity Solutions, Nordea Asset Management
Johannes Haubrich is Head of Product Management for Fixed Income & Equity Solutions at Nordea Asset Management (NAM). He joined NAM in 2015 as a Senior Product Manager. Previous to Nordea, Johannes worked in the Business Development unit of Caceis Investor Services in Luxembourg. He started his professional career at Barclays Bank PLC in Frankfurt, where he sold structured products and funds to retail and institutional investors for more than six years. Johannes holds a diploma in business mathematics from the University of Trier.
Head of ETF Business, Legal & General Investment Management
Aanand currently works at LGIM within the Exchange Traded Funds team that was acquired from ETF Securities in March 2018. He joined ETF Securities as a Director, Quantitative Investment Strategies in May 2017. Prior to that, he worked at Barclays Capital and Goldman Sachs International as a vice president within their index research and structuring groups respectively; and at University of Sussex as an assistant professor in Finance. He has published papers in top academic journals and co-authored book chapters. Aanand holds a PhD in Mathematical Finance and Master’s in applied Mathematics from the University of Reading.
Head of Thematic Equities, J. Safra Sarasin Sustainable Asset Management
Pierin has 20+ years of investment experience in asset management with a focus on sustainable investing. He assumed responsibility for all sustainable thematic equities strategies at Bank J. Safra Sarasin in 2018. His team manages four global thematic investment strategies in the fields of Technology, Health, Consumer and Environment. He is the Lead Portfolio Manager of the JSS Future Health investment strategy. Pierin joined the bank as Head of Sustainable Investment Research in 2013. In this role he launched the second generation of sustainable investing, with a focus on performance and impact based strategies built on in-depth research and innovation.
He is a co-founder and board member of Contrast Capital, a specialist advisory consultancy in sustainable investing.
Pierin is a current board member of Swiss Sustainable Finance (SSF). He contributed to the launch of the first sustainable investments tool kit for Swiss asset owners.
From 2002 until 2010, Pierin worked at SAM (now RobecoSAM), where he was the Head of
Research being responsible for an international analyst team.
He is a regular speaker at national and international investor conferences. Pierin holds a M.A. HSG from the University of St. Gallen.
