Head of ESG Strategy for Europe, Vanguard

Fong Yee is Head of ESG Strategy for Europe where she works across the business in support of Vanguard's ESG strategy, including product strategy, client support, ESG regulations, and communications. 
 
She joins from FTSE Russell where she was responsible for FTSE Russell’s Sustainable Investment index and data products in EMEA. Before joining FTSE Russell, Fong Yee was ESG director at eFront leading its private equity ESG solution and also worked at the PRI, heading up the organization’s private equity and asset owner programs. Finally, Fong Yee is on the Board of Directors at the UK Sustainable Investment and Finance Association. 

Jonathan Davis

Client Portfolio Manager – Emerging Markets Fixed Income, PineBridge Investments, New York

Mr. Davis joined the firm in 2015 and is a Senior Vice President and Client Portfolio Manager in PineBridge Investments’ Emerging Markets Fixed Income team. He is responsible for providing ongoing support to our clients and assisting with business development efforts for the team. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Davis was responsible for creating marketing campaigns for a variety of fixed income strategies, coordinating thought leadership efforts, and delivering portfolio due diligence updates for AllianceBernstein. Prior to that, he spent four years at Barclays Capital. While at Barclays, he held the role of Financial Analyst for Fixed Income Sales Finance and previously was a Trading Assistant on their US MTN Trading Desk. He received a BA from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Finance from New York University.

Thomas Leys

Thomas Leys

Investment Director, Fixed Income Research, abrdn

Thomas is an Investment Manager on the European Credit Team and European Research Lead for the Climate Transition Bond Fund. He joined abrdn in 2013 on the graduate scheme. 
Since then, his roles have focused primarily on credit research, covering real estate and structured finance, among other sectors, in both public and private debt. 
Thomas graduated from the University of Manchester where he obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Finance Law. He is a CFA Charterholder.
 

Fabio Pellizzari

Fabio Pellizzari joined asset management unit at Zürcher Kantonalbank in June 2020. As a Head of ESG Strategy & Business Development he responsible for the sustainability strategy and its implementation across all asset classes under the brand «Swisscanto Invest by Zürcher Kantonalbank». Before joining Zürcher Kantonalbank, he worked at RobecoSAM from 2008 to 2020, where he was most recently Head of Product Management, Quantitative Research and ESG Country Research. Prior to that, he worked in various functions at Julius Baer and Swiss Bank Corporation. Fabio Pellizzari holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Zurich with a focus on technology and innovation management.

Philippe Béguelin is editor and head of the markets team of «Finanz und Wirtschaft» in Zurich. The team covers a wide range of topics from the financial markets, monetary policy and the business cycle to analyses of asset classes – stocks, bonds and commodities – with a focus on financial instruments, namely funds, ETF, structured products and derivatives. Philippe has a Master’s Degree in Journalism from the Swiss School of Journalism MAZ in Lucerne, and has been with FuW since 2004. From 1995 to 2003, he was in charge of Financial and Commercial Controlling of IT-Projects at Unisys. Philippe holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Zurich.
