Zoltan was appointed Head of Global Real Estate Research at Credit Suisse Asset Management in February 2014.
Zoltan joined Credit Suisse in 2004 and built up the Global Real Estate research framework from scratch for Credit Suisse Private Banking. In 2007, he moved over to the Swiss National Bank (SNB) as senior economist, where he was advisor to Thomas Jordan (now SNB chairman).
From October 2008, he was co-responsible for asset management of the SNB StabFund Limited Partnership for Collective Investment, a bad bank created from the rescue of UBS, with AuM of USD 39 bn. After successfully liquidating the entity with a recorded profit of USD 3.8 bn, Zoltan rejoined Credit Suisse in 2014 as Head of Global Real Estate Strategy and has headed up the investment research for the global Credit Suisse Asset Management Real Estate platform ever since.
