Mortgages in Switzerland are increasingly granted by institutional investors (e.g. banks, insurers, pension funds, funds, investment foundations) to borrowers through (digital) platforms. Institutional investors can therefore newly access this interesting asset-class with unique risk / return profile even more effectively and efficiently. During this session the USPs of mortgages as asset class, the functioning of mortgage platforms, as well as the UBS solutions in this domain will be presented and discussed.
Head Digital Platform and Marketplace
Matteo Bernardoni is head of the Digital Platforms and Marketplaces sector at UBS in Switzerland. He is also the founder and responsible of the mortgage brokerage platform UBS key4 mortgages.
