Nicki Weber is the Head of Real Assets Investment Specialists – EMEA, LATAM & DACH at Unified Global Alternatives (UGA), a division of UBS Asset Management. In this role, Nicki is responsible for strengthening and expanding UGA Real Assets' position in the institutional, external wholesale third-party, and private wealth client segments. Additionally, Nicki regularly represents UBS in investment committees and decision-making bodies for these types of clients. Before this position, Nicki was the Head of Market Specialists – EMEA in the Real Estate & Private Markets division. Starting in 2012, Nicki was responsible for building and continuing a global offering of real estate products and services from UBS Asset Management for private wealth management clients. In this role, Nicki primarily advised family offices and UHNW clients on global real estate investments.

Henrik Haeuszler is a Senior Director of Client Portfolio Management at Invesco Real Estate (IRE). Henrik is responsible for business development for the IRE funds, mainly in Europe.
Henrik began his investment career in 2004 and joined IRE in October 2017. Prior to joining IRE, Henrik worked among others for UBS AG in Geneva and Morgan Stanley AG in Frankfurt as a fund and portfolio manager.
Henrik earned a master’s degree for business management and a master’s degree for architecture – both from the Technical University of Munich and is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is based in the Munich office.
